An addition of water is recommended for faster absorption. The ‘Cola’ flavour is enriched with 75 mg of caffeine for an extra boost.

How To Use It?
Use 1 to 3 gels per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Although 6D Sports Gel is isotonic, it is recommended to drink enough water during exercise.
