Thanks to its soft texture, this compact energy source is very easy to chew. The 'Salty Peanut' version is enriched with 200 mg of sodium to help the body quickly replenish its salt reserves.

How To Use It?
Consume 1 to 2 Energy Bars per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Due to the high concentration of carbohydrates and sodium (salted peanut), we recommend using 6D Energy Bar in combination with water to ensure proper absorption.
