How To Use It?
The recommended daily dose is 90 gr, to be taken in 3 doses of 30 gr (i.e. 2 scoops) to be dissolved in 200ml of water. The first dose is recommended on waking, the second dose is taken after training (or between meals if it is a rest day), and the third dose is taken before sleep.
