This gel also contains 200 mg of sodium, which promotes rapid replenishment of salt reserves in the body. 6D Ultra Gel has a liquid texture thanks to its larger volume (70 ml). Water intake is recommended for faster absorption. The ‘Cherry’ and 'Blackcurrant' flavours are enriched with 75 mg of caffeine for an extra boost.

How To Use It?
Use 1 to 2 gels per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Although 6D Ultra Gel is isotonic, it is recommended to drink enough water during exercise.
